I had the pleasure of working with Henk during a challenging and exciting time at MDhearingaid. His leadership and mentorship was rare to say the least. He guided the company to substantial topline growth, led every effort diligently and with poise, all the while never micro managing or suffocating the people he very selectively hired to carry out the diverse work. Henk always made himself available to discuss ideas and solutions lending his experience and perspective to any conversation.

Henk is a dynamic, inspiring leader with whom I had the pleasure to partner during his tenure as CEO of ANDirect US and MDHearingAid. As a European working Stateside, he brought a global perspective and openness that’s contributed to his success in both leading these US entities, and in standing up a leadership team to continue forward. New to the D2C Hearing Aid market, Henk’s background in Media married his passion for business development, in the disruption where eCommerce Retail meets Medical Devices.
